□ Count’s Garden Perilla Soybean Paste
Perilla soybean paste contains a lot of perilla seeds. People who don’t like greasy things feel a little greasy. And when the smell of boiling perilla seeds goes in at first, it smells greasy. However, if you eat it with perilla doenjang, it will be savory. Perilla soybean paste is a local food of Seosan, Chungcheongnam-do, and was originally made with perilla oil left over after squeezing perilla oil on a millstone.
