Digital Healthcare is AI (Artificial Intelligence), IoT (Internet of Things), big data, cloud, blockchain, information and communication technologies (ICT, Information and Communications Technologies) and healthcare It can be defined as an industrial area that manages personal health and disease anytime, anywhere by connecting Healthcare), which means health maintenance or improvement through prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up management of diseases, injuries, and physical and mental disorders, is based on the traditional hospital operating system and focuses on in-hospital treatment (PHR, Personal Health Record) It is rapidly evolving into a health life management area that provides customized services based on.
Recently, as software and network connectivity of digital healthcare devices and services have been strengthened, security incidents based on network protocols are increasing.
□ Digital healthcare service components
Components for providing digital healthcare services based on digital healthcare devices and medical information systems for various purposes can be composed of homes, mobile clinics, hospitals, and service providers as shown in the following figure.

□ Classification according to the role of digital healthcare devices
▶ Home
• Function: Personal health information collection and transmission
• Role: Consists of user applications constituting users and their terminals, medical information I/F, communication module, and PHD for measuring the user’s health status. The user measures the health condition through PHD, interlocks with the outside through the user terminal, and receives remote services using the application of the user terminal.
• PHD: Personal Health Data
• Examples of services and devices: smart devices, PHD, healthcare IoT, wearable devices, home IoT devices, etc.
▶ Mobile clinic (including ambulance)
• Function: Remote medical service
• Role: Non-face-to-face diagnosis and treatment of patients, and monitoring of patients on the move
• Examples of services and devices: telemedicine service systems, life-sustaining medical devices, AI mobile clinics
▶ Hospital
• Function: Medical service
• Role: Treats patients, uses a telemedicine system to link with external users, and to protect patients’ personal information, systems use internal networks and are connected to systems located in external domains through communication G/W. Composed of medical personnel, medical treatment equipment, examination equipment, remote medical service system, remote medical service client, PACS, CDSS, EMR, medical information I/F, communication G/W, etc.

• Function: Service provision
• Role: To provide health management and related information services. Services outside the hospital are composed of test institution test systems, medical big data, PGHD and PHR, MyData systems, 3D printing output centers, 3D printing prosthetic fabrication centers, and public data systems. Internal services include automatic diagnosis assistance system, big data-based CDSS, automatic voice recognition medical information recording system, artificial intelligence primary care physician, chronic disease care agent, 3D implant printing, non-insertion type 3D printing, 3D printing cloud relay, personalized prosthetic 3D printing , consisting of orthodontic and CAD automation, etc.
